Ivan Carita Cruz

Ivan is in his first year studying social communications at UMSA. He views communication as indispensable; he loves all the work he has been doing and considers it a great opportunity for his life.

Ivan lives with his brother and his mother. His father died 3 years ago of a tumor. His mother is a modestly paid teacher for Compassion International and his brother is a student. Ivan makes films to cover some of his expenses.

His family is a member of Los Amigos Yearly meeting.

Ivan has had a BQEF scholarship since July 2010. His studies are sponsored by a private donor.
