Rosmery Mamani Mamani

Rosmery has completed her degree in Education Sciences from UPEA, and together with Panfilo Chura Aliaga, co-wrote a pamphlet on multiculturalism which has been submitted to the Bolivan National Education Department.

Born in La Paz and now living in Omasuyos province in Achacachi, Rosmery is one of 7 siblings, all students. Her parents work in agriculture and her mother is a housewife. Rosmery attends a Santidad church, where she teaches. Rosmery says that she wants to keep on teaching in church and in the schools to continue to help in the work of the Lord. She also wants to continue her studies after having received her first degree. Rosmery has amazed visiting Friends by the faith that she shows, as she talks about how life has never been very easy with such a large family and meager resources.

Bernabe writes that Rosmery feels the responsibility of being a good example for her younger siblings and wishes to reward the sacrifices of her parents by becoming a professional.
